Nicole Priuli graduated from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), where she also obtained her LLM in Corporate Law and Capital Markets. She also took several courses, including American Law and Team Management and Leadership, both offered by FGV.

Nicole works in the advisory area of the firm, specializing in civil liability, property and engineering risk.

​

Nicole also specializes in regulatory; providing legal advice to insurers, foreign reinsurers, as well as (re)insurance brokers. The most recurring themes in this area refer to the elaboration/revision of clauses, registration/renewal of (re)insurance brokers and foreign reinsurers, opinions and compliance with regulatory rules.

​

She is also responsible for the marketing and new business development departments.
