Fábio Tolmasquim graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio).

He has experience in insurance, focusing on the area of civil litigation and arbitration, working with the most varied areas, with emphasize in civil liability, property, financial lines - with special focus on D&O and E&O, agricultural and various risks.

​

He also works in the recovery area, both in litigation and in advisory, providing legal advice in the study of the feasibility and effectiveness of the lawsuit.

​

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
